If I’m feeling overwhelmed by my  job, taking a long leave or resigning might be the best option. It may seem daunting at first, but taking a break can help me recharge and come back with a fresh perspective. Moreover, it can also give me the time to reflect on my career goals and make necessary changes.

If I’m feeling overwhelmed by my family or social life, it’s important to communicate my feelings and take a break. Sometimes, I need to prioritize my mental health over social obligations.
